Planning permission has been granted by Westmeath County Council for a house we designed in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Lynn, Mullingar.

The site is designated as a high amenity area and we worked closely with the planning consultant Ger Fahy and other design team members in selecting the site and developing a sensitive design response to the many constraints, including the historic landscape with five protected structures nearby, the high amenity area of Lough Ennel and the sloping topography of the site.
