Careers Exploration Evening 2023
This years Careers Exploration Evening was hosted in St. Josephs Secondary School, and as always it was an impressive and well-run event. The event is organised annually by the guidance counsellors of Drogheda’s secondary schools to help Third Year and Transition Year students find out more about different career and college options. Subject choice and entry requirements are also very relevant discussion points.
Adrian and Melissa enjoyed giving advice to the students (and their parents!) about studying and practicing architecture. Melissa, an experienced and skilled architect, recently joined our practice after working in the department of education and was well suited to give guidance and direction to the many enthusiastic students.
As has been the case in recent years, the architecture career proved to be hugely popular with queues of students patiently waiting to talk to an architect and find out more about the profession.
