New Office Car Park

As with the ongoing evolution of McKevitt King Architects, the office premises will soon be able to benefit from a new car park. Part of the site that was formerly Packie Phillip’s farm will be transformed into a small car park to facilitate staff and clients alike. With nine car spaces and three bicycle spaces located alongside the office building, it will be a welcome addition to the business. The North Road has become a busy traffic corridor and with the proximity of the hospital, schools, town centre and bus routes, car parking has become a challenge for the area. The former farm was home to Packie Phillips and generations of his family before him. Some older residents of the North Road would remember Packie and his family supplying milk to the area.

The building works will be carried out over the winter months and the car park will be in place for use in 2021.
