Seapoint House Photographed

July 29, 2025

We recently had the pleasure of photographing one of our finished projects in Seapoint, County Louth.

Located in scenic Seapoint, surrounded by fields and dunes, this house was originally built in the 1990s. The upper floor is elevated above ground over a semi-basement, so a generous overall floor area. The rear of the house has been opened up to the southern aspect and views of the garden. Like the house, the garden and landscaping have also undergone a complete regeneration. The original house was clad with rough-cut timber boards, which have now been replaced by oiled cedar sheeting. The bright spacious kitchen, dining and living areas are located at the back of the house and enjoy the additional benefit of the external terrace area. The focus of almost everything: circulation, entrance, external space, views and light are all to the rear of the house. The layout of the house has followed a lot of the original plan, but has been re-imagined. Bright colours and beautiful fittings and furnishings complete this seaside home.
