RIAI Conference 2025

October 14, 2025

McKevitt King Architects recently attended the RIAI Conference 2025, held on 8 and 9 October at the RDS Dublin and streamed online. The event once again proved to be the largest architectural networking occasion in Ireland and an essential date in the calendar for anyone involved in the built environment.

This year’s theme, “Cities, Towns, Neighbourhoods,” focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping how we live, work and move through our shared spaces. Over two days, a wide range of Irish and international speakers explored topics including sustainable urban growth, housing delivery, public realm design and the role of community in shaping better places.

Alongside the conference, the Architecture + Building Expo and the popular RIAI Pop-Up Bookshop created a vibrant space for architects, designers and suppliers to connect and share ideas.

For McKevitt King Architects, attending the conference was an opportunity to stay informed on the latest policy, design and construction innovations while engaging directly with colleagues from across the profession. The insights gained from the sessions and discussions will feed into our ongoing work — helping us to continue designing places that are sustainable, people-focused and responsive to the needs of Irish communities.

More information on the event is available on the RIAI website.
