Our staff recently completed further training on BIM software, Revit. BIM or Building Information Modelling is a process for creating and managing information on a construction project across the project lifecycle. One of the key outputs of this process is the Building Information Model, the digital description of every aspect of the built asset. Autodesk Revit has become the industry standard BIM software and our office will use it across all of our projects. It allows for further efficiency, control and compatibility with our consultants and is a very useful resource for the design and building process. The training was provided by Symetri and was well received by all!
