Monaghan County Council recently granted planning permission for a contemporary renovation and extension to an existing rural dwelling. The proposed development rationalises the existing layouts and will transform this unused dwelling into a contemporary and functional family home. We are looking forward to seeing the construction of this house commence on site in the very near future.
