James and Adrian recently attended the Living Cities Initiative information session hosted by Drogheda and District Chamber in association with Louth County Council.
The event provided an excellent overview of the grants, incentives and support schemes currently available to property owners, homeowners and businesses across Drogheda. Council officials outlined the opportunities available through the Living Cities Initiative, as well as a range of other funding options designed to encourage the regeneration and improvement of properties within the town.
The session also gave attendees the opportunity to ask questions directly to Louth County Council staff, making it a valuable source of practical advice for anyone considering renovation, refurbishment or investment in their property.
