A major milestone has been reached for the community of Kilcloon with the official signing of the contract for the new Kilcloon Community Centre, valued at approximately €2.3 million.
The contract has been awarded to CF Hoey Construction, with Eoin & James leading the design of this exciting new facility. The development will deliver a modern, multi-purpose community centre including a large hall, meeting rooms, youth space and essential amenities, creating a central hub for local groups, schools and organisations.
The contract was formally signed by Kieran Kehoe, Chief Executive of Meath County Council, marking the next step in bringing this long-awaited project to life.
Once complete, Kilcloon Community Centre will provide a vibrant space for community activities, events, recreation and social connection for generations to come. We look forward to seeing construction progress and this fantastic community facility take shape over the coming months.
