In 2020 we completed a retrofit and refurbishment project for FitzScientific at Boyne Business Park, Drogheda. FitzScientific are an environmental monitoring and testing company operating in Ireland for 25 years. They have grown significantly to become one of Ireland’s leading environmental testing companies. Phase II of this project has just commenced which will involve the construction of a new first and second floor inside what was previously a treble height warehouse building. We were responsible for making all statutory approvals and are working very closely with the client, design team, main contractor and specialist contractors in the design and procurement of this very technical project. Key to the concept was the design of a floor plan that achieves ease of access and clear circulation between the various laboratory functions. The project will be complete with state-of-the-art laboratory spaces and facilities reflecting the high-quality service FitzScientific provide.
