We receently finished and photographed this house in set within mature gardens in Drogheda. This bespoke home combines classical proportions with bright welcoming spaces for contemporary living. A balanced front elevation, hipped roof and central entrance porch give the house a composed presence, while white render and softly coloured windows complement the leafy setting.
Inside, a generous entrance hall with a sweeping staircase and galleried landing creates an immediate sense of space. Wall panelling, cornicing and warm timber tones carry the traditional character through the interior, with large windows bringing natural light and garden views into the living spaces.
To the rear, the house opens towards the garden through expansive glazing and a projecting garden room crowned by a roof lantern. A paved terrace provides space for outdoor dining, extending everyday life into the surrounding landscape.
The design brings together an elegant arrival, comfortable interiors and a close connection to the garden, creating a home with a calm and enduring character.
