There are marathons - and then there’s the Boston Marathon.
This year, someone from our own office took on that challenge and crossed the finish line: Ciara. And that’s no small feat. The Boston Marathon isn’t just any race, it’s one of the oldest and most prestigious in the world, with strict qualifying times that make simply earning a place on the start line an achievement in itself.
For Ciara, this wasn’t just about race day. It was the culmination of months (and likely years) of early mornings, long runs in all kinds of weather, and the kind of discipline that most of us admire from afar. Every mile she ran through Boston’s historic streets represents dedication, resilience, and a quiet determination to keep going - especially when it gets tough.
Crossing that finish line is something few people can say they’ve done. It’s a testament to her commitment, her strength, and her belief in what she could achieve.
We’re incredibly proud to have a Boston Marathon finisher in our midst. Ciara, you’ve inspired more people than you probably realise - and set the bar just a little higher for the rest of us.
