This year’s Careers Exploration Evening once again brought students, educators, and professionals together, this time in the welcoming setting of Drogheda Institute of Further Education. The event continues to be a standout occasion on the academic calendar, thoughtfully organised by the guidance counsellors from Drogheda’s secondary schools, whose ongoing dedication to students’ futures is always evident.
Aimed at senior cycle students, the evening provided a meaningful chance for young people to dig deeper into potential career paths and further education options. Conversations ranged from subject choices and college pathways to entry requirements across different disciplines, offering students a clearer understanding of what lies ahead as they consider their next steps.
James and Eoin were delighted to meet so many motivated students throughout the night, with plenty of engaging discussions about Architecture and the built environment. The level of curiosity and enthusiasm was inspiring, and we hope the insights shared will encourage some of these future graduates to explore the exciting possibilities that a career in Architecture can offer.
