New Enquiries

2020 promises to be a busy year ahead. Over the last year we worked on a large number and variety of projects ranging from house extensions/renovations to large scale commercial, educational and residential projects. A lot of projects were successfully completed during 2019 but many continue into the new year. With the new year come a lot of new enquires. Although there isn’t a strict pattern over the course of a year as to when people start thinking about a new project, January is certainly a month that sees lots of fresh activity.

Every enquiry to McKevitt King Architects, no matter how small or big, is of interest to us. As Architects our strength is in our design skills. Although on occasion we are not in a position to start the design process in earnest on a new project often we can start with other aspects of the process such as measured site/context survey, establishing/developing your brief, and pre-planning consultation with the council (if applicable).

When a new enquiry is made it is critical for us to gather as much information as possible. This helps us assess whether we are the best suited Architect/consultant for the project, or simply whether we have the resources or capacity for a specific job. Often we need to assess the feasibility of a project whether it’s from a planning, financial, design or logistical perspective. The keys questions we ask are;

  • Location of project
  • Time-frame
  • Project description/details
  • Budget
  • Contact details
  • How do you know about us

To make an enquiry to the office please contact us through our contact form here.

We strive to respond to each enquiry as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of an Architect’s job (meetings, site visits, etc.) it can take a few days. If your project is one that we can help you with we will endeavour to meet with you and/or send relevant information to assist with your enquiry.
