Termon River has commenced on site

McKevitt Architects achieved planning permission last year for ten new houses in Termonfeckin for Taaffe Egan Developments. Work has recently commenced on Termon River, which is in close proximity to the village centre, church, school and other amenities.

A new civic plaza will be located at the heart of the scheme, on the north-west corner of the site, to provide good connectivity with the village centre and a new focal point for the community.

The external appearance of the development will contribute positively to the locality by providing a high quality design which will be broken down in scale by good proportioning of building elements. A range of materials will be used, which will be sensitive to the location and include painted render, natural stone and slate.
